Features of the software

• Data Migration and User Roles
  Three user functions were created for the new inventory management software: an IT manager, an HR manager, and a system administrator. The key user of the programme would be an IT employee, who would have access to all inventory control functions, while the system administrator would have additional options:  Create projects  Manage staff and customers of the device  Phone systems, control hardware  Check at the machine logsAfter deploying the software, the Arays Technologies team successfully transferred all inventory data from Excel to the software’'s servers, allowing the business to work through a clear answer in the future.
• User-Friendly Design
  The client needed to get the most out of his app by providing a simple, user-friendly interface. This request was handled by Arays Technologies, which provided a streamlined user interface with minimal effort on the user's part. We designed and tweaked the filtering interface to meet the Client's requirements. Employees with a specific status and overdue assignments will be sorted and searched for. Users will also save data to favorites, making it easier to keep track of sensitive information and updates. IT and HR workers can now conveniently edit any details about employees, computers, or permits without fear of missing vital information. Users can edit inline when saving the current state — updates, custom filters, viewed columns, their order, or search criteria — thanks to the introduced UI. Both changes will be preserved even though the user closes or logs out of the app by accident.
• Dashboards
  Arays Technologies created a series of digital dashboards that featured numerous maps and graphs to help the organization control and make decisions. The specifics of assignments can be viewed based on their status: due date or overdue, finished or available. A click on a statistics bar also opens a tab that lists all of the workers responsible for activities of a particular status. We also gave historical output reports to the company's administrators, allowing them to see which activities were below or above the goal line over the selected time frame.
